     The spa town of Luhačovice is located in the Zlín Region on the river Šťávnice. Luhačovice is located in the heart of nature, they are known for their healing mineral springs, beautiful architecture and nature. The most famous healing springs in Luhačovice include Vincentka, Aloiska and Ottovka. Luhačovice is the fourth largest spa in Bohemia and the largest and most visited spa in Moravia with more than 300 years of spa tradition. Luhačovice is one of the most beautiful towns in Moravia and is the right place for year-round relaxation and active rest.
     The spa colonnade with the springs of Amanda and Vincentka is the most monumental building of the Spa Square. The colonnade is 130 m long and 13 m wide.
     The city can offer a number of historical and cultural monuments and sights. In 1990, the historic core of the city was declared a city monument zone. At the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries, the architect Dušan Jurkovič, the author of a number of buildings inspired by the folk architecture of Wallachia and Kysuce, imprinted an unrepeatable character on the spa with healing mineral springs. The atmosphere of the city is formed by numerous spa villas, a colonnade and a large park.
     Other monuments of the town include the Luhačovice chateau, which together with the chapel forms a picturesque complex of Baroque architecture from the 17th century. The spa buildings include the Jurkovič House, the Jestřabí Spa House built in the Art Nouveau style, the Bedřich Smetana Spa House, Valaška, the Radhošť Spa Pavilion and the Hydrotherapy Institute with a spa swimming pool. A unique swimming pool with wooden cabins was built in 1903 and repaired and preserved in 1999.
